โExcellent overall experience. The place was within walking distance to the beach. Parking was included in the stay. Place was clean, very comfortable mattress, hosts were extremely pleasent to stay with. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely use the hotel again.โ
โNice and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Nice big pool for kids. The pub and grill restaurant downstairs did really tasty veg and fish options. Was a good location about 50 mins drive to durdle door and lulworth cove really worth seeing. โ
โJane and Ged were fantastic: so friendly and welcoming, and the place is lovely. We stayed in the top floor room with the air conditioning due to the heat, and slept comfortably despite the hot weather. The bathroom was a little snug for my broad shoulders, but still fine.
No breakfast Nov-May so can't comment on that, but they gave us some suggestions for other places to eat, which were all fantastic.

โWe loved the quaint nature of this lodge, nestled in the golf course. You do have to be prepared to drive up a small hill and parking can be quite tight but itโs well worth it for such a spotless and modern room which provided a really comfortable stay. Very easy to check in and out and you get the option to use the spa and gym facilities as adults. โAn unusual place in that it was totally unstaffed, but the access arrangements were fine and the room was comfortable, extremely quiet and exceptionally well provided for. The bed was incredibly comfortable.
There was nothing to dislike at all and I would definitely return, but it's a shame that with such nice facilities, ie lounge, bar, etc. the areas are not used โ

Breakfast hamper was absolutely wonderful, though we couldnโt eat it all.
Plenty of parking. Key code entry gives more flexibility as to arrival times, which suited us as we were spending the day and having dinner with friends so didnโt arrive till late.
