Room was great, the setting, among the trees, is fabulous. The staff were brilliant on reception, offering help with explanation of all the facilities available. The gym, swimming pool and Spa area were top class. It is a great place to stay, just out of the bustle of Bournemouth and only a short walk in.

The staff made this an 11/10 experience. Every single person was so friendly, welcoming, helpful, and informative.
