Great location with easy walking distance to the beach. Nice pool and spa area. Staff were very helpful. We ate a couple of times there and the food was good. Breakfasts included a pancake making machine which was nice.

The staff were absolutely amazing nothing was too much trouble. Clean and tidy. Excellent room, But if you want air conditioning you need to pay a premium for it. I was able to charge my mobility scooter inside the function room. Lovely swimming pool and not cold either. Will definitely stay there again

Great swimming pool very warm to, outside area is great also just need a little area for the kids. Maybe even a chalk board or slide Restaurant : bar staff were great! Room was great and aircon was brilliant Breakfast was good but needed more fruit options Such an easy walk to the beach to! Highly recommend and will stay again

Stayed in a classic room which is basic and little dated but perfectly adequate for the price (no air conditioning) Breakfast is typical buffet style, the cooked food was hot enough and tasted fine. We had drinks from the bar which were good and the lounge area was relaxing. Overall it’s a good clean hotel and all staff are friendly and helpful if needed. There is plenty of parking on site and the hotels location to the town centre is ideal, within walking distance and not too far to the beach to also walk to. We normally stay at this hotel when we visit Bournemouth for a short break.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, pool was on the small size with a section roped off for swimming lessons but clean. Room was very large however the sofa which doubles as a bed was disgusting with crumbs and Lego inside. The walls also had multiple dirty marks on. There wasn’t a good selection of toiletries which for a spa hotel was disappointing. Breakfast was good with a nice selection on offer. I would stay again

Great staff, location and refurbishment. Food, drink, garden and leisure facilities excellent and the whole team couldn't be more helpful. Useful perks like free water, good tea and coffee tray, an actual bath and £5 off you don't have your room cleaned to spend on food or drink. Can't recommend it enough and will definitely be back!

Hotel is a little dated. No proper air conditioning in rooms, only a small portable unit. All the staff are very attentive excellent service. Was disappointed that they charge for parking £15 per night. Off street parking is readily available though.
