Cleanliness should be reviewed from the city council, bathroom’s ceiling covered in black mould, carpeted are so dirty as I never seen something like that before. Reception staff was gentil, bar staff quite rude. The gentleman singing was nice. Pool facilities I would say is fine, game room stank. I don’t blame the housekeepers staff, I would say the hotel not provided a good quality equipment for them. I sow a lady hoovering a reception carpet and I felt sorry for her trying her best with a hoover that not catches anything.

The room i had on the second floor was descusting there was stains all over the walls the window had cables hanging down in front of it and was was not clean The bathroom had pubes on the floor when checked in the shower had mould around it. I would avoided at all costs as a hostle would be cleaner

I liked that the Property had big spacious rooms. Breakfast was great. It had clean towels and linen. They need to work on cleaning the bathroom tiles. The staff was friendly (most of them). There was no bar fridge which was a downside for me. I like having cold water and drinks. The TV was not working and they fixed it quickly. Overall it's a good hotel, I would book it again.

It was an ok hotel although lots of the furniture was very dated and there was no air conditioning at all . Which was kind of unbearable in the heat we have been having . They did supply fans. But there was no mini fridge . But overall my room was nice and spacious

The staff where excellent and very welcoming and helpful and always smiling but the maintenance of the hotel is very run down not clean and very old decor the carpets needed a good clean or hoover and the windows are very dirty The breakfast was good and the entrance to the hotel is nice but everything else does need work done to it

Awful hotel, the building had a horrible old smell to it, filthy carpets all throughout the hotel. Beds are very uncomfortable. This hotel is in need of a big refurbishment everything is so outdated, rusty and old. The reception desk also is not welcoming at all very moody and miserable staff. Cleaners and housekeepers are lovely though.

It’s closer to the beach. However the property smells of smoke. It has outdated furniture, carpet and its not clean. Rooms are not ventilated. We were there in summer at 24c and it felt like 40c in the room. I won’t recommend this hotel for family stay. It’s cheap for a reason and good for someone looking for 1 night stay after full day at the beach.

We stayed there for three nights. Overall, it was an okay experience. The room was clean, and everything was ready for us when we arrived. However, the first night was unbearably hot, and we couldn't sleep well even with the two fan were on. The other two nights were much more comfortable. The breakfast was good, but overall it was less than we expected. The pool was decent, although it looked quite old. Was easy to find car park which was really good. Overall, our stay was okay. I would give it 3 or 4 stars.

The hotel is ‘tired’ but good enough for the price. The restaurant closes at 7.30pm which seems about 3 hours too early. The bar closes at 10.30pm - also a little early. Comfortable bed but the rooms are very hot.

Could do with updating the rooms very old wardrobe and chest of drawers did not want to use as didn't look to clean. Need to replace carpets in staircase/landings. Inside door did not seem very secure. Ideally would have preferred to have 4 pillows on a double bed mattress was super hard. Balcony was nice large room staff was nice and a large car park
