Thank you for your review. We do have a full hot breakfast buffet with fresh eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, make your own waffles, etc. We hope you find another hotel that better meets your expectations the next time you are in this area.

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. Our hallway lights are pretty bright so not sure how the hallway was dark during your stay. We hope you have a better hotel experience the next time you are in this area.

Thank you for your review. We did check our hallway camera and saw our housekeeper go into your room at 2pm and cleaned for 25 minutes. We also checked our log book and your complaint was that your room smelled like urine. Our front desk staff came to your room and we think you were smelling our cleaning product. Our front desk staff did offer to move you 3 times but you declined so we did not feel a discount was justified. We hope you find another hotel that better meets your needs the next time you are in this area.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you had an issue with your room. We do have a pest control company that regularly sprays all our rooms so any insect that does get into a room is quickly killed by the residual insecticide. We cannot prevent insects getting into our rooms but we do all we can to prevent that from happening. We hope you find another hotel that better meets your needs the next time you are in this area.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that we could not give you the 1pm checkout you requested. Normally it would not be a problem but we had a group checking into the hotel and needed the rooms to be cleaned. We do have a large outdoor seasonal pool. Like other restaurants with a buffet, we do not allow food to leave the restaurant. We have a free all you can eat buffet and a guest could take an unlimited amount of food with multiple trips. We hope you have a better hotel experience the next time you are in this area.
