My family were treated like royalty, and all we did was show up looking really tired after a delay filled 24 hour journey. This human touch was really appreciated by my family. "The hotel was clean and close to everything. They supplied body wash and shampoo (no conditioner - so bring if you want that!). I asked for a washcloth but they gave me a hand towel - so no washcloths available. They also provide robes to the guests and slippers. With it being such a high end hotel - I would have assumed they would have had washcloths and conditioner. The breakfast buffet was very good - there were several options and the coffee was good. I would return back to this hotel if we were staying in Milan again."

"Good location, 10 mins walk to Duomo and shopping. Check in staff super welcoming and friendly. Concierge and bellboy team amazingly helpful. Good facilities, love the pool and sauna. Room well decor and furnished. Love the free first minibar. Cleanliness part was a bit down, rubbish from previous guest wasn’t cleared but rectified straightaway. Bedsheets had holes, heavy tear and wear, time to be replaced. Mattress too soft, probably too old and springs losing support. Breakfast area was quite pleasant, food-wise so so, not much choices in terms of fruits and vegetables (sometimes spoiled). Coffee machine definitely not the best. Otherwise all good! Recommend for its location and staff. "

"The front desk staff was extremely unfriendly. After traveling for hours with small children, we arrived expecting a warm welcome. Instead, the first thing we were told was that we were obligated to pay an additional $200 Euros because the reservation did not indicate we were bringing our 4-year-old daughter! We ended up staying in the same type of room but paying $200 more just so our daughter could use the sofa bed. The rooms were dark and very hot. The AC did not work properly, and we were sweating the entire time. The only positives were the views, the bellman Francesco, and the bed, which was decent. Take your money elsewhere and stay somewhere you will be treated with respect. The front desk clerk showed zero compassion or care for exhausted parents traveling with young children who needed a room right away. Overall, it felt like a very sketchy business practice."

"The place is amazing. Very clean, friendly staff and the hotel is a great gut rehab from an old factory to a small luxury hotel. It is a sustainable building following the Green design. LED lighting, Biophelia, occupancy sensor, electronic shadings, BMS controls etc. My husband and I will definitely be back at this place."
