"Good location and great service, breakfast was only sweets and coffee though!"

"We had 2 single rooms (which were very small and dark on the ground floor) but they were clean and warm. Beds were hard and the rooms were rather tired but we were only there for a night and the location is very convenient. Reasonable price for the location. Can't comment on breakfast as our rate didn't include it. Friendly reception staff. Would recommend for the location and cleanliness."

"Everything was great except for the front desk staff when it came to help. Why did I pay for a joint room to first be told they were unavailable, I didn’t respond then somehow got what I paid for. On my last day early morning the power was cut from one of the rooms, I called front desk for someone to check it out no one did & nothing was done about it. Let’s not forget I am pregnant, what if I had slip & fell in the slippery shower? Then what? No accommodation for the inconvenience, nothing. Disgusting behavior for a 5 star hotel."

"Room was not equipped with glasses, only paper cups. The coffee machine was not emptied and we had to do that. It wasn’t easy to do. The elevator had a smell in it, the carpet needed to be shampooed. Staff were excellent. "

"Excellent hotel and hospitality! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by name and congratulated on our honeymoon. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and answered all questions. The hotel has an amazing bar included that was the coolest bar we went to in Milan. The room was spacious, clean, and very well decorated. The location was incredible. About a 20ish minute walk to downtown center, but right next to Navigli canals, which we enjoyed a lot more than the touristy center of the city. Plenty of metro transportation. It’s a busy area so parking was a bit complicated, but I think anywhere in Milan will be similar. "
