“We only stayed 1 night. Grabbed a quick lunch at the restaurant and our meals were delicious and very reasonably priced. Looks like a nice place for families to stay. They had outdoor picnic areas, a pavilion with fireplace and a campfire area. We didn’t have time to walk around or use any of these amenities. “The hotel was easy to find and located at the Living Treasures Animal Park. You check in at the gift shop. The room is like a cabin and very beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. When we got there our room was very warm, so we lowered the air conditioning. It didn't cool things off, so we went to the office and they sent a lady to help. “Being on the golf course is perfect and the views are incredible , breakfast was nice too. My only complaint is that the blackout curtains do not close, so the flood lights from the front of the hotel shine through the sheer curtains all night. That’s a silly oversight.”

“Our room face the alley and the old Ramada Inn Nothing was really opened on the first floor no wine tasting no wine no people down there that part was the disappointing part The room the bed was very nice. The pillow was very nice. I had a problem with their key and the gentleman came right away to help us. And the people that clean there were very, very nice I would try another home in that area to B&B”

“This property was completely rundown and outdated. No elevator and didn’t appear to be handicap accessible. I am surprised that state agencies would even let them function. The rooms were so filthy. It looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty in fact I did not even stay there and packed up and drove all the way back home all through the night. If I wasn’t in such a hurry to get home, I would’ve probably asked for my money back, but I’m sure they would not have refunded.”

“Was in town for the weekend and was on a budget. Loved the price, location and service. The building itself was a bit dated. The room itself was clean and spacious. My major complaint would be noise. The walls were super thin and the noise from the hallways carried in. Would still recommend- just play some tv or music from your phone to cancel out any residual noise.”

“The problem here is that the place is so old and not kept up. The curtains were torn, entry doors were marked and scarred, the bathroom was dated and old. The sink was missing the stopper, there was a musty, dirty smell when you entered the lobby, and the pool looked like something out of a National Lampoon Vacation movie. There are only two motels in Ligonier so you have very little choice. I think you would be better served staying in Latrobe or selecting a bed and breakfast if you must stay...

“Kind and comfortable to me”

“Horrible experience. Microburst lost power in entire town. Young kid at front desk was left with no help. The Mgr never showed up to help. Was suppose to call a list of clients who left due to no power. Becky Hamilton General Mgr lied and said she was never told to call us all back. Being told Im getting credit but waiting to see if Mgr did what she advised or just tried to get me off the phone. Don't stay here. Stay in New Stanton which is 6 mins away and has several lovely hotels.”

“My room was clean and did not have any odor like some hotel do when you turn on the hvac unit. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The staff was polite and helpful.”
