“Beautiful area. Convenient to the event. Nice little welcome kit. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Clean towels. Allowed pets. Unfortunately it’s been sold. Not sure if it will continue as a hotel. Not thrilled that they chose Saturday morning for the riding lawnmower guy to pass multiple times by my room. And the sound of that & the weed eater ruined the ambiance of the quiet country. Checkout is 12 noon. Maybe wait until then to do lawn work. Also sharing why I’m in Hempstead with other guests is...

“Leider hatte ein Gast vor mir Handtücher dreckig gemacht, aber wieder ordentlich zugelegt und so wurden diese nicht ausgetauscht. Wie immer in den US wird sehr viel Einweggeschirr und Verpackung genutzt.”

“Clean room, nice staff, good price and convenient to many fast foods and other quick stops. Would recommend. Didnt eat breakfast but heard it was alright.”

“Slightly run down and the rear part of the driveway is unpaved and hotel itself is hard to find. Found some broken beer bottles outside my room and a couple june bugs inside. Solid deal for the price, no real complaints moreso observations. ”

“I had to make an impromptu trip and needed to crash for a night and wasn't expecting a whole lot, but the room was actually fantastic. It looked like it was recently renovated and the renovation was done well and in good taste. I had to leave before breakfast, but I was really pleased with how nice the room was.”

“Perfect hotel and accommodations. I had my bike with me for a Saturday morning ride (Pedaling the Prairie). At check-in staff was able to put me in a ground floor room. Plenty of fast food options nearby. Will definitely stay here next time I need a Hempstead hotel.”

“The staff was kind and polite. The room we stayed in on of the bed sheets had black stains. When we first got into the room there was a strong smell of musty and wet paint. Once we turned the air on and opened the door for a little bit the smell was gone. They came and cleaned the room while we were gone but didn't change the stained sheets. Online it states that they have breakfast and there was nothing. They have a large refrigerator in the lobby but is say "staff only". Otherwise our weekend...

“Comfortable, but seemed old-outlet in bathroom was very loose and sink didn’t drain well. A new coat of paint, new curtains and new couch would be nice. Only the bathroom outlet was easily available. Sink was cracked in 2 places and Handles on bedside table were broken. A few updates would really make a difference ”
