“Have known this hotel for a number of years and it was one of the best in the area but now needing a facelift without spoiling its design. Lift inside needs upgrading, fixtures and fittings need upgrading. STAFF were lovely especially Carol in the lounge area, very kind and helpful. Pool and garden area lovely. “We stayed at no 5 lake view. The property was very dirty. No Internet connection. We couldn't complain at the time as we arrived late due to traffic. No hot water for shower next morning. Towels too small and old. Kitchen area unclean. Outside decking filthy. Tea towels and fridge unclean and smell”

We arrived after a 9 hour drive , when we arrived the cottage wasn’t cleaned and no bedding ,
We rang both Wayne and Karen , we decided to go buy some bedding , on route Karen did ring back to be fair and apologised saying she was told we was due on the 6th , (day of departure,)
Went to the pub for an hour and Karen had the cottage ready ,
