Staff very nice. Sticky tables in bar .Room not like on web site, no wardrobe very small Pool not available at all times Hotel needs an update. very nice conservatory decided not to stay for our second night

Pool really good.
Access to the lovely pool and gym really made this a good place to stay. The breakfast was good. The room an okay size for a single. The only downside was the tiniest bathroom I have ever used (including caravans).

Good for contractors & people working in area
Faily basic motel type accomodation but ideal for contractors working in area. Food not awaya avaiable in evening but there are other places to eat close by. Free use of swiming pool in leisure centre on site is a bonus

Shabby without the chic! Booked because it offered spa facilities. Turns out these were separate and run by a different company (these were fine, id go again). But the hotel is best described as 'rough pub', with tired and dirty decor and carpets. Took one look at the menu and grubby restaurant and went elsewhere to eat. Room was OK but not worth what i paid, and worst of all owner Shane so unnecessarily rude and made it clear we were an inconvenience. My advice, go stay at Manor Court Hotel up the road, and buy a day pass to the spa (Palms Leisure).

We were welcomed with a big smile from Sam, who along with her husband Shane run the hotel, we were booked in and shown to our rooms with a friendly explanation of timings for breakfast and were it would be. After settling into the really well presented rooms with en-suite bath and shower facilities, with clean fresh towels on bed, we went down to the bar area which was spacious and well stocked, and very reasonably priced, both Sam and Shane served us and chatted to us all evening. The following morning we had a lovely breakfast cooked by Shane. I and my friends really enjoyed our stay, but this occasion we didn’t get opportunity to use pool and spa facilities that hotel guests can use free of charge, I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to stay here, we will certainly be staying there again, when in the Bridlington area.

It's okay
Stayed in a family room that was clean and comfortable. Friendly at checking. Main issue was breakfast wasn't servers till 9am, which is very late. We had to leave the hotel at 8.30am so missed out and felt a bit cheated. Normally breakfast at hotels is 7. 30am onwards on weekends and earlier alone weekdays. Location is also poor for Bridlington centre if you are not driving. Bus into town is hourly and getting a taxi back was near impossible and ended with a 3 mile walk back.

Ferns farm hotel
The hotel is nice but basic. The room we were given was very small and cramped with little place for storage. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows flat with no spare bedding. There were two nasty, dirty and smelly cushions on the bed that we would never use. The bathroom was unheated and cold and the toilet was very difficult to flush. It also dripped all night. The breakfast was basic but acceptable and the staff friendly enough

Friendly staff were lovely. Room pleasant enough just couldn't have shower nxt morning because nobody told us switch was on wall nxt to bed eh???? Breakfast was lovely would have like yoghurt with cereal though instead of kids cereal and fried breakfast. Would stay there again

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs, this place is dated, the rooms have not been redecorated probably since the 70s, They are lots of false advertisements within the hotel and when we ask the manager about this information he became extremely rude and aggressive. we checked in at 2pm but by 6pm we decided not to stay as we did not feel safe with how aggressive the manager had become, to be honest words cannot express how bad our experience was.

Disappointing stay
Website never stated reduced opening times for leisure facilities or the restaurant didnt serve food on monday / tuesday . The Manager was very abrupt in explaining this at check in. Shower stuck on scald. Stained towel and duvet cover. Tiny TV in room. No hair dryer. Basic small breakfast. Overall very disappointed.

Very friendly staff and obliging. Provided hairdryer when asked. Helpful with places to go. Booked a family room. No shower, bathtaps difficult to operate and it was slow to fill. Public areas in the hotel are good. Bedroom needed to be refurbished

Great little place but rooms could be better
Staff were friendly and welcoming. Service was walkways quick. Downstairs in the bar and the gym and pool facilities were great. Room was a little tired. Bed was comfy but wallpaper looking like it’s coming off with possible damp patch. Bathroom needed replacing, cleaning better and had no shower

Stayed with my 2 dogs for 1 night. Easy access and on site parking and the comfiest mattress I've ever slept on in a hotel 🙂 We had to leave early morning so didn't get to have breakfast but all in all it was a good stay

Excellent location for Fraisthorpe beach!
Booked for an overnight stay to enjoy the couple of days of September sunshine forecast at Fraisthorpe beach. More than satisfied our expectations. Shaun is an excellent host and he and his family took good care of us during our stay. We would happily stay here again.
