Room was a great size, being clean and tidy. Parking facilities on site made it easy for having a hire car. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Hotel is conveniently located between Brisbane Airport, Eat Street and Brisbane CBD.

We arrived late so had no interaction with staff, key was found as per clear instructions by text. The room was spacious, bed was comfy, and had everything we needed for a quick one night stay. It wasnt too flash, and slightly dated (eg aging carpet & bathroom), but it was worth the price. And we'd stay again if we were back in Brisbane.
