The hotel was clean and had a nice premium type feel. The staff were great. The car parking was nice and secure. The only issue we encountered in our 5 night stay was being called by hotel reception on day 4 asking us to pay our current charges. Not sure why as we had given a credit card at time of checkin. We have stayed in far more expensive accommodation elsewhere and never encountered this. We thought that was a bit strange. Overall we would stay again should we visit the Northern suburbs of Brisbane.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfast (best omelet I've ever had), 6-7 restaurants and grocery store within a 1-minute walk and spacious and comfortable room. Front desk also helped me get a taxi to the Brisbane airport. This was my second time staying at this property and will return next time I am in the Brendale area.
