Absolutely brilliant. Staff are friendly and approachable. The rooms are wonderfully equipped and comfortable. The room service and dining options are great and the staff are happy to communicate and accommodate regarding allergies. And they do it in a helpful, respectful manner that makes you feel welcome. My son and I are both neurodivergent, and we requested a room away from any potentially noisy areas. Again, I was met with a welcoming response. After a full day of travel, staying here was an easy, restful experience, giving us a great start to the following travel day.

This is a top notch hotel. Outstanding service from the welcome at 11.30pm to leaving the next day. Wonderful room, great gym and one of the best omelette I have ever had for breakfast. Could not fault it, five minute walk from the domestic terminal, took the free transfer bus from the international terminal. Will be back.

Our stay at the Pullman Brisbane Airport was excellent from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the room itself was spacious, modern, and very clean. The kids especially loved spending time in the pool, which was a great way to unwind before travel. The on-site restaurant offers quality food, though it is on the pricier side at around $50 per person for entrées. If you’re looking for something more affordable, the bar provides cheaper dining options without sacrificing convenience. The breakfast buffet was a standout—plentiful, delicious, and absolutely worth it. For travellers, this hotel is a fantastic option before a long flight. The $8 shuttle service to your terminal makes getting to the airport easy and stress-free. Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and great amenities.

The rooms have a design flaw - they have a window in the bathroom facing the beds. If someone turns on the bathroom light in the middle of the night the whole room is lit up. The staff admitted that this is a design flaw but didn’t mention anything when they checked us in. Bed is comfortable, hotel is quiet. Install a curtain or wall up the window.
