We chose this property because we were visiting a close family member in Ipswich hospital. The property was amazing, staff were engaging & helpful, the room was clean and spacious and only a short drive to local shops and restaurants. The only thing I was disappointed with was there was no lift to take us up to the floor where we were staying, otherwise everything else was beautiful.

Lovely place to stay. Comfortable accommodation and great communication and helpfulness from staff. Loved the extra personal touches in preparing the room. The room had everything we needed. The Quest is on a major road so a little traffic noise but not a deterrant to staying here. Parking is very limited on site but able to park on the street.

This property is clean, and the reception is very helpful and friendly. I was travelling for business, and my only concern was the thinness of the walls and the noise travelling. I had to do a presentation and had constant children screaming. This was during the day and when recording a speech in the morning. I suggest a separate area for business travellers from family travellers. A note that parking is $15 per night for parking with bollards that you need to lock and unlock as you come and go.

The Quest was nice and clean and staff were friendly. Down side is it is has 3 levels and there are no elevators. i was not advised when booking that there was limited parking and that you had to book and pay extra for parking. Othrwise you have to park on the street which is a busy main road in Ipswich. The houses around to Quest are run down and graffitied and after doing a couple of laps i had to park 6 properties away. Not a nice feeling walking up the road when coming back late at night. Also spent the night wondering if our car had been stollen or side swiped whilst parked on a busy main road. Even though my room was towards the back of hotel, the noise from the traffic kept me awake during the night. I would not stay there again.
