"Nice lobby and friendly staff. Room was on the dark side and on the first floor, very noisy floor above us when guests were walking around. Kept us up at night but perhaps due to the age of the place, this is considered normal."

"The property itself is very nice and clean. No microwave in room but there is a coffee maker. Finding the room is extremely difficult, even with a GPS and Google Maps. We had to call the owner to find the place. There are two properties, Happy Trails East and West, so be clear about which one you reserve. When asked if breakfast is included, we found that it is served at one of the properties and it is $20.00 per person which we didn’t do because that’s extremely excessive and we have never been charged separately for breakfast at any other B&B where we’ve stayed. We got a very nice breakfast at a local restaurant for way less than $40.00!!"

"This place is perfect in every sense of the way. I’ve stayed in 5 star resorts and this places surpasses them all. Clean room Thoughtful amenities and snacks Excellent views Tucked in a quiet neighborhood Very comfortable bed and ample pillows Fridge, microwave, coffee maker and quality selection of coffee The room has excellent flow to it. I couldn’t believe the great deal I got for the room considering everything else around was at least 2 to 3 times more. I will definitely return and recommend it to all my friends and family."
