"Signature Suite, 1 Double Bed. The HVAC unit was too loud snd noisy, so we were moved to a cornrr suite on 8th floor. The HVAC there was ok -- noisy at times but tolerable. Everything else about the property was excellent, including the breakfasts, wifi, and club lounge. They could learn more about "quiet" from the Premier Inn chain though. "

"We had a large room with Kingsize bed, large bathroom and all the amenities we needed. Room and bathroom were clean, bed was very comfortable and we had a good resting sleep. The breakfast Buffet was offering classic English breakfast and a huge variety of cereals and vegetarian options. Staff was very kind and reacted to all our questions with kindness and expertise."
