"The room was very basic. Bed was comfortable but needed more pillows. Climate controlled vs air conditioned but ok as it wasn’t too hot outside while I was there. There was no bedside light which was really annoying as I had to turn on the overhead light (very bright) at night all the time to see anything. Signage to find the check in place was poor and needed to be communicated more clearly. For example, park in Lot F would have helped."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was easily accessible. We really appreciated the excellent service and had a relaxing, enjoyable stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future!"

"Not sure how these reviews were so positive? We've stayed here before but never in the summer. Canada Day wasn't a pleasant experience, from no hot water in the morning, one operational elevator (of 3), sauna broken, non jetted hot tubs of which 1 wasn't working and more. When we tried to speak to staff about it the response gave us the impression its normal. Cant say we'll be back to this hotel till it gets an update."
