"Well equipped kitchen, beautiful rooms, spacious and clean. Felt safe in the area. Good location, walking distance to train station, coffee shops, restaurants and a few shows. We had a wonderful stay with our kids here. "

"We paid for an upgrade on arrival and wer epromised a room with a view, we arrived at our room on the 11th floor overlooking the bridge to find another party already inside. We went back to reception and were given a room on the 4th floor without a view, which we were told was for the time being, but as we had plans we couldn't hang around to move rooms that evening. We spoke to staff about this twice during our stay and were told they were leaving a note for management, and have emailed with no response. Hotel is in a good location and reasonable but very disappointed that we paid for an upgrade and that we have received no explanation or response. "
