โThis is a hidden Gem! I was looking for something quiet but close to everything with easy transportation. This is a perfect distance from the Falls. You can use the bus system right outside the Motel to get from the falls to Niagara on the Lake. Parking in these places are tedious and expensive. โThis is a very well kept Bed and Breakfast. Ted would go out of his way to do anything you needed. He even offered rides downtown. We used the bus stop only half a block away which was very convenient. Breakfast was amazing, cooked to our liking, with plenty of fresh fruit. Everything was very very clean and you felt like a guest in his home. We would stay again when we return.โ
โWhat a wonderful few days we spent here. The staff are amazing. Without fail any staff that we met during our stay asked how we were, how was our stay, acknowledged us. The gardens are beautiful. Our room was spacious. Very clean and well appointed. Overall we were very happy. The owner Amir should know that he is very respected and we were told how much various staff members liked him.

โ10/10 stars, cannot recommend this B&B experience in Niagara highly enough. We will absolutely be back, we are singing their praises for the rest of our life - this was a magical stay at a once in a life time bed and breakfast. โThe property is very centrally located in NOTL - just 1/2 a block from the main street and shopping. There is limited parking (spots for 3 cars) on site and because of this you will need to leave your car key with the host in case others need to get their car out of the driveway. The king bed room was large but the en-suite bathroom is on the smaller size (reimagined closet space).
