I found the staff inattentive, my room reeked of stale cigarette smoke (in spite of numerous notices saying it was a non-smoking establishment), and the "free" breakfast inedible (the imitation scrambled eggs cooked to dry crumbs). “When I arrived I was told that the ADA shower bench I requested several weeks prior to arrival when I made my reservation through Expedia was not available. When I questioned what my options were, I was told to discuss my concerns and issues with the 3rd party I reserved my stay with Expedia. Not having a shower bench for the 5 day stay dramatically impacted my partners ability to shower daily. Not having booked with Hilton directly, I was told several times during my stay by the front desk...
