리셉션 직원이 아주 불친절합니다. 저녁에 근무하던 남자직원도 아침에 근무하던 여자 직원도. 조식은 아주 평범하고요. 객실이 추웠어요. 저희는 2명 투숙햇는데 3명 city tax를 받았어요. 시스템에 벌써 등록되서 어쩔수 없다고 ㅡㅡ 위치만 맘에들고 다른건 별로였어요~ 개인적으로

클래식한 느낌의 호텔. 광장과 도보 2분. 20m 거리에 큰 슈퍼마켓이 있고 술 파는 기념품샵이 있음. 브뤼헤 역에서 캐리어를 끌고 오기엔 힘들어서 택시 탔는데 8유로 나옴. 깨끗하고 넓었고 현대적인 느낌은 아니지만 친절하고 다시 가도 묵을 생각이 있을 정도로 만족했음

We stayed for one night at Hotel Acacia May 2024. The hotel was very clean and sophisticated, very updated. Room and bathroom were comfortable and spacious. The concierge helped arrange a limo service for us the next morning. Great customer service.

Excellent location. Bed was comfortable. Lighting in bathroom not adequate. Hair dryer needs replacement. Breakfast very good. Hotel did have a funny smell. Customer service could be improved.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich, dasFrühstücksbüffet war klasse. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Alles zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Hinter dem Hotel ist ein Privatparkplatz für Gäste buchbar. Alles top, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Good hotel at a great location for the centre of Bruges. Hotel parking was a bonus though only a few spaces so need to ask in advance. Bedroom a bit dated, pillows awful. Bathroom modern and clean.

Prima hotel, prijs kwaliteit verhouding is niet helemaal wat het mag zijn. Kamers zijn prima, douche is goed. Maar het oogt een beetje gedateerd en de kussens zijn niet best. Ontvangst was onvriendelijk maar de volgende ochtend zat er een vriendelijke dame.

Stop scrolling. If you are going to Prague this your only choice. Amazing hotel, team and facilities. Litterally across the road from the centre of town. Honestly cannot rate this place more highly

Lovely boutique Hotel
Wonderful hotel in the center which was beautifully themed for Christmas and added to the great feeling we had in Bruges. Very clean room and lovely beds.

Very nice hotel with very helpful staff. They were more than happy to arrange a taxi for us when leaving and stored our luggage on either side of our trip. We did find our room could have done with a slightly deeper clean (such as drains and under the bed) but the daily clean and refresh was very good. The breakfast was very good, with a large selection of continental options and hot items. The hotel is literally a 3 minute walk from the main square with great restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel is very well located and the rooms are a good size. The bar and breakfast options were very helpful and we used them a few times. Staff were very pleasant and the location cannot be beat.

The staff at Acacia was fantastic, caring, and attentive, and going the extra mile to help us after our carry-on bag with MacBook and IPad had been stolen in the train to Bruges. During our 3-week stay in Europe, this was by far the nicest hotel and the best experience we had, the service was beyond perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer. The location is perfect as well, very central, but in a quiet, non-touristy street. Will definitely come back!

Loved the hotel and the staff was great. Location was perfect to walking everywhere, and the hotel parking lot was convenient. Highly recommed the hotel, BUT, the only problem was the WiFi - it was slow or nonexistent. Gave up trying to connect. The manager told us that they are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it.
