"Our stay at the Hotel Dann Carlton Bucaramanga was excellent! Even though we only stayed for one night, the staff was incredibly attentive from the moment we arrived. As soon as we stepped out of the car, they took care of all our suitcases and brought them inside immediately. We were even greeted with a refreshing welcome drink at the entrance, which was a lovely touch. The lobby and rooms are majestic and elegant; everything was spotless and exactly as expected. We stayed on the top floor, which offered a spectacular view of the city. Breakfast the next morning was also exceptional with a great variety. ​While we were too tired from our trip to enjoy the pool, bar, or the spa services this time, they looked amazing. We definitely want to come back soon to enjoy the pool at night. Highly recommended"

"The property is well located and the staff is excellent. The rooms are confortable , but need some updating and conditioning. The rroom shades make it dificult to sleep longer. Price and breakfast included is a good option. "
