"The hotel facilities may be acceptable, but the staff’s service is absolutely unacceptable and by far the worst I have experienced in any hotel. On one occasion, when we returned at night, we found the room completely unmade. When we reported the issue, the front desk staff responded with a rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional attitude. To make matters worse, the bed was in very poor condition, and it took the hotel three days to fix it. This level of negligence and lack of customer care is completely unacceptable. I would definitely not recommend this hotel."
