"The single room, I was in, was clean, with the bedding and towels changed every other day. Parking is a premium everywhere in Buzanada so street parking is the norm. The small fridge is handy so don't forget to switch it on when you arrive. Cafes and restaurants are a 6 minute walk away and the food is great (reasonably priced too). There's a good bus service too with a frequent service to Los Chrisitanos where buses take you to just about anywhere on the island."

"The hotel is clean and functional. The AC is very useful in the summer. But my check-in process was very bad. The self check-in machine asked me to pay (I already paid Expedia in full when making the booking) for my booking, but always show errors when I tried to pay. Called the hotel by phone, was told someone was coming in “a few minutes”, but I ended up waiting for a whole hour, on the street outside the hotel, before someone showed up."

Unfortunately the vital map showing us where the keys were was missed from the correspondence so it was a frustrating search before we located them. Otherwise, everything was very smooth, the property was excellent but we knew that as it was our second visit. The staff were all very helpful and friendly to ensure our stay was an enjoyable one. Definitely recommend it as a base when visiting Tenerife."

It was my Husband’s 60th birthday whilst we were there they decorated the room and supplied a cake,as requested on arrival making it extra special, a special mention to the receptionist Hector, very welcoming, nothing to much trouble and very friendly throughout our stay. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, and smells absolutely amazing,beds very comfortable too!! all staff are smiley, friendly and efficient. Ticks all boxes, we can’t wait to go again. Our only suggestion would be that the bedrooms have larger wardrobes, with more shelves for clothes and a full length mirror."
