So we went to check in, and we were not told that our room was flooded and there was no other King Suite available. We go up to the room to discover that it is a double room, whilst we had paid for a King Suite. The hotel apologised for their error and stated that no other room was available. As a token of their error, they offered a free shuttle to the aiport, which we could get for โฌ15. We had paid a lot more for the room, so we asked for a bottle of wine, which we were promised, but this was not delivered. We are currently in a double room, despite paying for a King Suite, with a bed too small for us. Not happy with the service received so far and will be looking to get a refund for the poor service and for a room we did not receive! Will not be returning for sure.
