Overall, a good stay. While the hotel is a bit far from the city, I was satisfied with most aspects of my experience. I did book during a “new opening” promotion, so I was expecting a newer property. This part was a little underwhelming as the hotel isn’t actually new. That said, the customer service truly stood out. A special thank you to the lady who assisted me during check-in & check-out, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made a great first impression.

we will come again. Location is very good. we did private transfer from incheon airport. about 1 hr drive. We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. Room is ok size but we had 29 inch luggage so it was a struggle. we basically slept and showered only so it was ok for us. The bathroom is tiny, the shower head is on top of the sink. there’s a funky smelly smell coming from the drains. we bought air freshener for the bathroom. There’s a hot water dispenser and microwave in the kitchen . We like the place for the location. we love iksedong. we walk there to eat every night. small lively restaurants and shops. Convenience store everywhere. We walked to Insadong shopping. We walked to Gyeongbokgung palace and hanok village maybe 25 mins. We walked to myeondong market maybe 30 mins. Walked to Gwanjang market. We took train to Gangnam and Starfield library. and Hannriver. Our family is used to walking in the city so 25-30 min walk didnt bother us. We wore sneakers the whole time. there’s a train station nearby, maybe 5 min walk. I see people leave their luggages in the lobby either for early checkin or they will elave for the aipprt later in the day. You can hear the peolple in the other room. but we were tired so we slept.

Elevated youth hostel at best. Next to no amenities (No hand soap in the bathroom?? No closet / anywhere to hang clothes. No slippers. Front desk only available until 10pm. No toiletries if you forgot yours) House keeping only available if your stay is 7+ days A 10min walk to Hongdae station so its a quieter area.

We had to wait 2 hours for checkin. I know the check in time is 3 pm, but there are always some rooms that are ready earlier. Then at 3pm there were many people checking in at the same time. I liked the location. Airport limusine in front of the hotel for 18000 won. one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. we paid a higher price with expedia, but the room was on the 11th floor with a nice view. we did not have time for breakfast unfortunatelly. There was some renovation gaing on in the foyer when we were there.
