The staff were incredibly kind, and that was what impressed me the most. When I asked how to use the air conditioner, they kindly drew simple pictures, making it very easy for me to understand. Since I don't speak English very well, I was worried about communicating, but their thoughtful help put all my worries to rest. I truly appreciated their patience and kindness. Not only the front desk staff, but every employee I met greeted me with a warm smile, which made my entire stay feel welcoming...
