"The front desk staff were so helpful when we asked to make a few changes on the room we reserved, and they were able to assist us kindly understanding our situation.They also explained the details we needed to know about our room exchange, parking and hotel amenities. The buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant had so many options and our waitresses were awesome. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The AC worked well and kept the room cool. All staff who we passed in the hallways or lobby were kind and courteous. Knotts Berry Farm Park was in walking distance and there were so many shops to choose from. We had a wonderful and memorable experience."

"Had a really great stay here. The hotel was very clean, smelled fresh, and the rooms were well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and safe. "The rooms were not clean at check in. You could tell the floor was not vacuumed. We stayed 4 nights and only had the room cleaned once. I'm not sure if they were under staffed. Also at check in, they did not honor our free upgrade if available. They informed us that an upgrade was only available with the additional charge. Overall disappointed. The breakfast was horrible. Food was cold. "
