Disappointing Stay – Poor Customer Service
I booked this hotel mainly because it advertised a pool, but when I checked in, I was told it was closed. There was no prior notice, yet I was still charged the full rate. I asked the manager for some kind of compensation, but both he and the front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help.
There was no empathy, no solution offered, and no respect for the customer. It's shocking that a hotel under the Marriott name has such unprofessional staff and no backup plan for situations like this.
Terrible customer service – I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
