โOnly 1 key available. For a property advertising for up to 10 people, very awkward. On 29th floor. Need key card to use lift. So difficult. 6 of us we always needed a plan to arrange who had key, as we were out doing different things.
Key box was broken so couldnt leave key there.

โThe Family Room has nice windows for walls on two sides and was larger than the advertised 22 m2. It was actually 25 m2. However, it does NOT have 1 queen and 1 single bed because it can only sleep 2 people, not 3. It has 2 super single beds.
The room had a kettle, but no coffee or tea as advertised.
This is the first hotel that I have seen that does not provide standard toilet paper. Instead, they give you a box of facial tissue. Kind of odd, but it did the job.

โOverall pleasant and quiet little apartment with friendly neighbours and helpful staff. Desperately needs a new shower curtain and some basic cleaning products would have been nice (toilet bleach, washing up liquid).
Perfect for a solo traveller just needing a base of operation. โ
