“The room was clean and the communication was clear in helping check in. Close to the MRT and a mall downstairs which makes it very convenient”

“The room was clean and well equipped. Location is good for those who wants to be located near to Gleneagles Hospital. Check in process was okay. What is probably worrying however is the required bank transfer deposit and the need to send ID document to some unknown person which can be easily misused.”

“Check-in was easy with Five Senses because they has its own reception counter. Previously, I booked with other accommodations and had to do self check-in, so this was much more convenient. The staff were friendly and gave clear instructions. The room looked exactly like the pictures and clean. The building also has facilities like a swimming pool and gym. Got restaurant and mini market here. Near to city and public transport.”

“Tempat makan senang.. parking lot pun dekat dengan hotel.”

“직원분들 모두 친절하고 전반적으로 좋았지만, 방에 벌레가 좀 있어서 신경이 쓰였어요 그리고 샤워기가 막혀서 하루는 샤워를 제대로 못했어요 그래도 직원 도움으로 해결됐지만 아쉽네요”
