โMy friend and I only stayed for one night but Simon at the front desk was amazing and helpful and Luis was our driver on the shuttle bus. He was so friendly! Gave us great advice on what get at Porto's for breakfast the next morning and made sure we knew where to be when he picked us up that night!! Will definitely stay there again!!! Thanx guys!! โI was very happy to stay this hotel. Also, very enjoyable experience in Universal studio. Bus station is near hotel (Just 1 $ for Pink Route bus)โ
โWe have stayed at this location twice already and I will be returning on our next vacation to the LA area. I forgot my curler (expensive curler) and two months later it was still there waiting for me. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend. โ
โInternet is too slow. There are kitchen, but no dishes, spoon, porks, any.
Only old induction and refrigerator are there.
But location is very good. You can even walk to Walmart, Bestbuy, Target. โ
โSuch a lovely place. Felt welcomed. The room was cozy and clean. And in the morning, they prepared some drinks and breads. I remember the staff Kiki, she was so friendly and attentive. โ

It was the first time we chose a hotel not walking distance to Universal Studios and I was very pleased. Quick 7 minute drive.
Staff was great! We left our luggage in the lobby on our last day. Very grateful for that.
Pool area was very nice.
Walking distance to a gas station mart and many restaurants.
The room included a refrigerator and that is always helpful.
The lobby had a great hot cocoa/ coffee machine and fresh pastries everyday!
There is no usb plugs....
