"We stayed one night on our way south. The hotel’s location is central. The whole setting of the Abbaye was wonderful and very unique. Breakfast by candlelight was delicious and atmospheric! As was the wine and champagne we enjoyed in the bar on the evening of our arrival. We also enjoyed a dip in the pool which was certainly welcome after a 13 hour drive from the Uk. The staff were all welcoming but a special thanks to Tibot who was not only helpful and attentive but extremely charming and friendly. Thank you so much for giving us a wonderful start to our holiday and an insight into the charms of Beaune. We will return! Rubax"

"Beautiful property but we booked for the spa and the spa was not available due to staffing issues. It was very disappointing. Management tried to make our stay better but not before multiple hours/months spent getting the run around."

"The room was clean and air conditioner worked very well. We didn't include breakfast but ended up eating the hotel breakfast each morning and just paying for it, which was well priced. The hotel says it has gym facilities however, these are only three motion machines which could not be utilised as a gym workout. Staff are super friendly and very helpful with great suggestions if where to eat etc. It is also a bonus having chromecast in your room to view movies on the big screen."

"Beautiful location next to the cathedral on a quiet street but so close to shops restaurants and market. Nice to see so much thought go into the amenities in this hotel brand, warm welcome and very helpful. We stayed in connecting family rooms set up with a double bed and two singles. Perfect and great value. Would definitely stay again and look out for this brand in other cities."
