"This hotel is the perfect spot to stay if you are in Chalon. The front desk is very helpful. It is a quick walk to parks and other tourist areas. Walking through town is a delight. Breakfasts and dinner at the hotel restaurant were wonderful. One of our best memories will be the breakfasts both because of the view of the plaza but especially the food. We had four rooms, all arriving at different times and they placed us together without having to be asked. The staff do everything they can to make you feel special. My husband also states that they have the best croissants in all of France! "

The interior design was unique and creative, with lovely details that made the space feel like an art gallery. After a long travel day, I was exhausted, but the reception staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. It made a big difference. I also enjoyed the design of the Nuxe Spa — calm, stylish, and a pleasure to enjoy and relax. Also Bar was one of the best in town, you have to try! — the hotel has a peaceful and tasteful atmosphere. Being alone in this beautiful, artistic space, looking out the window at the historic rooftops of Dijon, was truly calming. I felt like I was living in a little dream. Would absolutely stay again. Perfect for solo travelers, art lovers, and anyone who appreciates unique boutique design."
