“For the price, we expected a little more. The food was not good, for any of the meals for the price. Regular hotels offer a better continental breakfast. The meat with lunch/dinner was over cooked and looked like it came from a frozen bag. The vegetables didn't even taste good, very bland. “I don’t usually leave reviews but I needed to on this one because so many reviews are negative for this little motel! Please keep in mind that it’s a MOTEL! If you are expecting a swanky hotel, move on. This is a clean, affordable and convenient motel along the 127 yardsale route! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The area is safe and convenient. The rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and there are lots of close dining option. I have zero complaints to list! ”

“We LOVE our rooms- they’re huge and we appreciate the microwave and fridge. Very pretty too. If we were staying more than one night we would be disappointed that the pool isn’t available. We should never see a pool advertised if it’s not truly in use. But I noticed we are only an hour and a half away from Neyland Stadium and since one of my children loves 20 minutes from here, we will most likely return. Good location and great price! The front desk clerk had been very very kind and and helpful...

“Keith and Shari are PHENOMENAL hosts! They are beyond accommodating and also gave tips for hikes and great food. My kids LOVED it there - especially the porch kitties! Breakfast was fantastic, the room was impeccable with wonderful touches...I could go on and on. The kids asked if we could stay there again, so you know that's a huge win! And I agree! We will definitely stay again!”
