“Excellent customer service”

“This is not a place to welcome people. It is very dirty and not safe, there were more than 20 men doing some weird business just outside the room. We changed the hotel because we did not feel safe and it was not clean. We would have not been able to sleep there in these conditions. We usually don’t have high standards in terms of rooms, but this was just not acceptable. ”

“So the pics look cute but rustic. Well that doesn't describe the actual condition the place was in. By the USA standards the place would have been condemned. Rotten wood holding up the building. Rooms missing wood and trim, ceiling panels about to fall, mold throughout causing horrible smell, no hot water. “A place for sleeping after a busy day joining the tour of the islands. Room is very basic with Aircon . WiFi is only available on certain areas of the property . Water heater didnt work . The water gets warm though during sunny days . The plus factor of the hotel is that it’s located on the city proper of coron so restaurants ,shops, laundromat are all within walking distance”

“돈주고는 절대 선택하지 못할호텔입니다.3박에 투룸 환불않된다해서 체크인하고 다른호텔 구매했고 마지막날 하루만 잘려고 밤에 제객실문을 열었더니 이미다른사람에게 제방을 판매했더군요...컴프레임을 제기했지만 필리핀에서 한국사람 편들사람이 없더군여..무서웠고..객실점원이 다른방을 주겠다고해서 2시간 야간에 실갱이 끝에 조용히 잘수바깨없었고 오전2시에들어가서 아침7시에 체크아웃하고나왔습니다.5시간사용하고 40만원...국제전화만 17분(8만원)정도 한국에와서 컴프레임했더니 20만원 환불해준다네요.. 더 야기하고싶지않은 않좋은 추억의호텔...필리핀에서 컴프레임은 말도않됩니다...이호텔 팔지마세요~ㅠㅠ”

“Accessible location, quiet neighborhood, clean property but you need to request for room service. They should provide additional garbage bin. They should provide complimentary shampoo and soap. Experienced water outage but they contacted someone for water delivery. Free drinking water, coffee and tea. ”
