"This hotel was absolutely outstanding. The service was wonderful, the people were extremely friendly, polite and helpful, taking care of our every need. It was close to town, with a complimentary tricycle service whenever needed, and only a 30peso (less than $1AUD) pp return trip, with tricycles everywhere so very easy to find our way back. The facilities were great, our room was clean and beds were comfortable. The kids loved the pool, and the food in the restaurant was delicious - highly recommend the Fish Sisig and the Mango Cinnamon dessert. Can’t speak highly enough of this hotel, recommend +++"

"It’s the warmth and friendliness of the staff that make the place stand out from others. The hotel itself is comfortable, food is good. The only cons I would say is the walk from the reception to your room. If it rains, the ground is slippery but they put a rubber rag to walk in. You only have to make sure to walk on it. All in all, our stay is one of the most comfortable places so far."

"Really great stay...the location is awesome. Fantastic pool area and massage services...clean hotel and we set up tours in the lobby...transfers to airport were good...GREAT breakfast included. We would definitely stay there again..."

"Great property and amenities. I had issues with my safe not working and a constant beeping in my room and both issues were resolved promptly. I had water damage on my cell phone and they gave me a big box of rice for my phone after I told them what happened, no charge. The hot stone massage, manicure and pedicure were all fantastic. The pools were all great, the hot tub was not heating though and they told us it was out of order. Great entertainment center, and strong WiFi throughout the property. My biggest negative was the food—I was not impressed by any of it. I thought the food overall was bland (bulalo and sinigang) and the breakfast offerings were nothing to write home about. Champorrado and bilo-bilo offered for breakfast were both watered down and flavorless, like they skimped on the laman. Might be okay for the foreigners, but we Filipinos know when you do that."
