"The hotel itself is a 5 all day. Not sure why all the pics have a fireplace and the room doesnt have it, but its summer so no big deal. Nice clean room with fancy jacuzzi. Even had headrests and changing colors etc. Nice bathroom. Bed a bit small but pretty comfy. Outdoor lounging area with privacy screen. All of it was good really. The bad is that the food wasnt great. Some was ok. Some was just bad. And service was polite and kind, but just not professional. Things came out at random times and...

"Terrible staff to call your room at 2:30am at night to ask you pay for smth that you consume at their restaurant and they charge to the room. And since they dont have mobile post machine, you have to go down to the receiption. There were mosquitos all around the room and the bathroom was dirty. Terrible experience, never again."

Instead, they genuinely helped with arranging shopping trips, recommending quality restaurants, suggesting popular tourist attractions, and even organizing taxis for local travel and airport transfers. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight—fresh, tasty, and well-prepared, giving us the perfect start to our mornings.
