“The staff helped us plan activities for the day, as well as help us get transportation to those activities. Our room was also cleaned once a day, and we were given fresh towels after each cleaning. The property was also very beautiful and well kept.”

“Overall, we loved this resort. First night in bad room located right next to construction/maintenance area and was very noisy. Do not stay in room 37! Hotel Mgr was very accommodating and upgraded us to a nicer and quieter room. Grounds are beautiful, and great view of Arenal volcano. Thermal springs (at least the top 2 pools) were lovely. Nice outdoor pool patio casual restaurant. Big breakfast buffet, all food was very good. I’d definitely recommend a stay here! And don’t miss Mistico Park...
