“I had a great stay at the Leonardo Hotel. The staff were excellent, with special thanks to the manager, Andrea, whose outstanding service made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided every day. The only area for improvement was the food, which wasn’t up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. Fortunately, there are plenty of great restaurants and pubs nearby. Overall, I would happily stay here again.”

“The room is good and of a reasonably high standard. There are however two major challenges. The room was on the top floor which from the car park is three flights of stairs. A lot when you’re carrying several large bags and clothes for a wedding. The second big issue is the hall lights on a sensitive room sensor. There is no way to switch this off or lights off. “La struttura sembra un po' abbandonata a sè stessa ma, in realtà è un trasandato "voluto", girando per Bristol vi renderete conto che questa caratteristica fa parte un po' della città. Tuttavia, ho riscontrato una serie di problematiche nell'albergo: - lenzuola sporche, sia appena entrato in stanza, sia la sera, dopo che avevo richiesto un cambio delle lenzuola; - asciugamani sporchi; -adattatore della presa elettrica non funzionante; - la finestra non si apriva e non poteva esservi ricircolo...

“한국에서도 목시는 꼭 가보고 싶었는데, 브리스톨에 와서 숙박했네요. 일단 합리적인 가격이라 너무 좋았습니다. 힙하고 트렌디한 느낌은 브리스톨과 더욱 잘 어울렸고, 무척 편안하게 잘 지냈습니다. 콘센트도 220v, USC, C-type이 있어서 무척 편리했습니다. 그리고 브리스톨에서 웬만한 관광지는 도보로도 이동 가능합니다!!”

“Nicely equipped apartment with comfortable furniture. A bit worn but mostly clean. Electric fans were helpful with the heat, but windows were very limited opening and the master shower was awkwardly small. Apartment entrance is not correctly labeled on Google maps and the provided map didn't work. Entrance doesn't lock, and found homeless person, abandoned garbage, graffiti on the walls and pot smoking outside of the entrance.”

“가격이 저렴해서 기대하지 않았는데 너무 좋았음. 데스크 직원을 포함한 모든 직원이 친절함. 조식 또한 저렴하고 매우 만족스러웠음. 방과 샤워시설 모두 청결하였으나 샤워부스의 물이 잘 내려가지 않음. 이것만 해결하면 최고의 숙박시설임.”

“Very spacious rooms: Nest & clean. Very good Breakfast. Room amenities were pretty good too. However, A/C filters weren’t clean upon our arrival. Similarly, bathroom door’s lock wasn’t working. But overall a good place to stay in Bristol city centre.”
