“the property was very good. the only problem i had was everything was to high tech for a person that is not used to all the new technology. I would stay there again walking distance to the casino.”

“Was in Danville for a concert and didn’t want to drive afterwards. The room was nicely decorated and the king bed was comfortable. The hot tub is only seasonal like the pool. It would be nice to have a hot tub open. The casino was very smoky for our liking - overall we enjoyed our time in downtown Danville after checking out and visiting a great sports restaurant Kickback Jacks for lunch before driving back home”

“The door to our room had a 1/2” gap on the latch side and an inch at the bottom. The A/C worked but it blew in the smell of cigarette and smoke. The curtains were held open with blue painters tape. The room was clean and looks like they are in the process of modernizing but it was definitely an unfinished room.”

“There was nothing unique about this property the walls are paper thin couldn’t get any sleep it’s like the person is in the room with you furthermore there was black mold on the walls and the please has a real bad smell would not recommend anyone to stay there I was just there 10/24/2026 I wish I could upload the pictures”

“The Budget Inn was full even though I had a reservation so they sent me to their sister hotel a couple blocks away that had better parking. The room was clean, quiet , and had great water pressure. Maintenance was so-so. The area looked a little sketchy but I had no problems.”

“I have traveled for over 50 years and this is the worst...by far...motel I have seen. DIRTY ROOM - DIRTY TOEWLS. I tried to get a refund for the 2nd night but no luck. Don't stay here unless you gave no other option.”
