Overall a good location with nice views. The apartment was a little dated but overall nicely appointed and comfortable.

２月末にファミリーで3ベッドルームに4泊しました。建物入り口のセキュリティーもしっかりしています。 雨季だったので雨や曇りの日が多かったです。 私達は2階の部屋で、ビーチ沿いには椰子などの木が植えてあるのでビーチフロントの部屋ですが木の間からビーチに押しよせる波が見えました。波の音を聞きながらベランダで時の流れを忘れてしまうほどゆっくり過ごせました。 朝早くから沢山の方がビーチ沿いの道を散歩されています。 アパート(マンション)一部屋貸しなのであまり人と会わずプライベートを満喫。建物は新しくないですが部屋はリノベーションされとても清潔感のある部屋です。 敷地内には小さなプールそしてプールの側でバーベキューが出来オージービーフや野菜、ウィンナーを焼いて楽しみました。部屋のキッチンは、調理器具が全て揃っていますが、アルミホイルは持参した方が良いです。あとティッシュペーパー、ラップも。 レンタカー必須かなと思う立地です。徒歩圏内にはイタリアンのお店、コンビニがありました。 車で数分の所にケバブのお店があり日本人スタッフがメニューの説明をしてくれました。 アリや他の虫が部屋に入ってきますがこれは立地上仕方ないと思います。部屋には、殺虫剤が置かれているので使用できます。 ケアンズ市街までアクセスも悪くなく、施設からはスーパーマーケットなどの大型ショッピングセンターも車で10分くらいの所にあります。 フルーツが美味しくて特にマンゴーは、とても安くて美味しいです。色んな南国のフルーツを安く食べれて満足しました。 ケアンズ市街とは違い都会の雑踏を忘れ、鳥の鳴き声や波の音を聞きながらゆっくり過ごしたい方にはお勧めです。 スタッフさんは手早くチェックインの対応をしてくれカタコトの英語でも問題なかったです。 チェックアウトは、人と会う事なく鍵はポストに返しました。 とても素敵な立地、お部屋で大満足です。 ありがとうございました。

We had a lovely stay here. Apartment was dated but still in reasonable condition. The 2 bed apartments are not along the beach, but set along the back of the block facing Moore street. Beach access is a short walk along some stairs. I think we were the only hotel apartment in the building, others were all living in the building. This meant we were pretty much the only ones using the pool.

Our trip to Cairns was scheduled to be from Dec.18-21. We are from the US and the airline canceled our flight due to cyclone Jasper and airport being closed due to flooding. We couldn’t make the trip due to last minute cancellation. The hotel management was extremely unfriendly and refused to refund the charges. Their policy indicated only 1 night of charge for cancellation. However we were charged for the entire duration of our stay. I really wanted to rebook with this property when I visit Cairns next as a good will, but I would not any more. The whole city was under water and the management messages us as if nothing happened. We are extremely disappointed.

Would stay here again.
Very clean and tidy apartment. Waterfront balcony, relaxing views. Quiet surrounds with clean and well kept gardens. Ample on site parking.

On arrival the keys to my allocated room could not be found. The afterhours manager was verbally unpleasant. He provided the cleaners key but was unconcerned about security of my stay not knowing who may have access to the room with lost keys. When I politely asked him about security he suggested I find a room elsewhere!! This of course was not possible on a Saturday evening.

If you want a quiet well apponted 1 bedroom apartment overlooking the Coral sea (through palm trees) where the surf life saver part of the beach is literally 40 paces from the front of the property with all the facilities you need, and well serviced by Gerald and his attentive team you will not be disappointed. If you need to have really fast streaming by wifi and superb Telstra mobile connectivity you've clearly not come for a super relaxing heaven sent holiday. Any reasonable person will be extremely satisfied.

What a View!
In spite of my later arrival, ease of check in was terrific with an after hours key pick up available. Spotless, well appointed apartment with amenities and its patio within steps of the pool. Did I mention that the beach is directly across the street with beautifully paved walks, benches and palms swaying in the breeze? Great restaurants and shops, too!

時間外はフロントに人が居ないのでチェックインに少しだけ戸惑いましたが、横に据え付けられている電話で直ぐに連絡が取れました。設備は多少古いですが、特に問題は有りませんでした。部屋は広々としており、ベランダから眺めるロケーションは最高でした。正直言ってケアンズの町中はは何回も行く気はなかったですが、ここならまた行ってゆったりすごしたくなりました。(レンタカーは必須です)

The property was very good, great location, across the road from the beach, easy walk to dining. The WiFi was average, the cell coverage was poor for mobiles. The facilities within the apartment were very good. Great location overall.

The accommodation was on the beach front. Walking distance to eateries. Checkin was quick and easy. Parking within the property, convenient if you have a car as limited carparking on the streets during the day. On the whole a comfortable stay.

環境はとても良かったです。 ホテルの周辺も綺麗で海岸沿いの散歩は気持ちよかったです。 施設も綺麗でしたが、シャワーの水圧が少し弱かったです。

All good. The only thig they could do is provide washing powder for your stay as all the others that have washing machines do. Although older it has been looked after well.

Great position on the seafront, close to restaurants . Like many properties inTrinity Beach , the appartments are beginning to show their age. Management and house keeping were approachable and efficient. One of the few properties that advertise 1 night accommodation Overal great value

Space and comfort and views
Amazing location. Super roomy. Great shower. Single beds in second room a bit average. Be ok for kids not so much adults. Loved the extra things like drying racks for togs. Was a bit of hike to get luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Pool was small but lovely.

Other than is a 25mins drive from Cairns City, the apartment is spacious and comfortable with cable TV available. Apartment fully equipped with cooking facilities and laundry within the apartment. No lift though.
