사이클론 여파로 모든 투어와 교통편이 마비된 상황에서 항공편 캔슬로 인해서 예상보다 3일이나 더 묵었습니다. 이런 상황에서도 친절하게 응대해 주시고 연장도 무리 없지 진행되어 재난상황에서 무사히 편하게 지내다 왔어요. 날씨가 좋았다면 뷰가 더 좋았겠지만 나름 만족했고 풀 키친이 있어서 장기간 가족 숙박에 무리 없이 잘 지낼 수 있었습니다. 상황 탓도 있었겠지만 룸에 청소 서비스가 되지 않았기 때문에 청결 면에서 별 한개를 뺐습니다.

한국사람들이 생각하는 호텔을 생각하면 안됨. 아파트먼트라 하우스키핑도없고 수건도 안바꿔줌. 그치만 키친도있고 오래묵을생각이면 좋은듯. 위치는 아주좋음 와이파이는 사야댐

라군이랑 가장 가까운 숙소일거에요!
수영복입고 1층에서 타올 받아서 바로 라군가서 수영하고!! 타올도 제한없이 쓸 수 있어요!! 요리해서 밥 먹을 수 있고 숙소 상태도 최상급 리조트에요!! 직원도 아주아주 친절합니다!!!

생각없이 예약했는데 정말 좋았어요. 길만 건너면 라군이고. 나이트마켓도 바로 아래 있고, 야경도 멋있고, 기본 수건이랑 드라이스 샤워용품도 세팅 되어 있었어요 ^^ 흠이라면 개미가 많고 수건이 안 께끗하다 ㅋㅋ 그래도 가격대비 만족도 최상~^^

위치는 더할 나위 없이 좋아요 직원도 나름 친절하구요 방도 좁지 않고, 세탁 시설도 갖추어 라군 근처에 자리 잡아있는 것은 장점입니다 하지만 방컨디션은 사진과 좀 다릅니다 식기나 화장실 상태등은 조금 오래된 느낌을 많이 받습니다.

라군 바로 앞에 호텔이 위치하고 있고 ground floor로 나오면 바로 식당과 상점이 이어져 편했습니다. 거실은 매우 넓고 침실과 분리되어 아늑한 환경에서 잠을 잘 수 있어 좋았습니다. 발코니에서 보이는 전망은 정말 좋았구요, 리셉션의 직원은 친절하고 여러가지 정보를 제공해줘서 여행에 도움을 많이 받았습니다. 호텔에 있는 풀은 크기는 작지만 놀기에는 편하게 되어있어 좋았습니다. 단점은 호텔 전체적으로 환기가 잘 되지 않아 습한 감이 있었고 에어컨과 세탁기가 잘 작동되지 않아 살짝 불편했네요~

フロントが午前８時に開き、夕方６時に閉まるので、東京からのジェットスター便が早朝（午前５時前）に到着した際、フロントが開くまで待つ必要があります。また、夜間の用事にも、少し、不便です。それ以外は、立地も便利な場所にあり、食事や買い物や観光にも便利ですし、また、部屋も広く、部屋の設備も充実しています。旅慣れた人には良い選択だと思います。逆に、上げ膳、据え膳のホテルを希望する人には向いていません。フロントマンは日本語が話せ、とても親切です。

初めてのオーストラリアへハネムーンで利用しました。白と水色で統一されたお部屋で可愛い！ リビングルームとベッドルームも大きくて綺麗でした。キッチンに洗濯機があり毎日水着とかも洗濯できます。お風呂はリビングからスケスケのジェットバス！カーテン閉めればリビングからは見えません笑ドライヤーの調子が時間で止まってしまうのか私のロングヘア乾かすのにはとても大変だったので持参するのをおすすめします。 フロントには日本語話せるおじさま、話せないけどとてもフレンドリーな方、雰囲気もよくマップもくださりとても親切でした！ ホテルはナイトマーケットのすぐ上！ スーパーもお酒屋さんもビーチも水族館、フェリー乗り場も全部徒歩10分圏内です。 次はファミリーで来たいです！

We enjoyed our stay. The location was wonderful. Our room was on 6th floor and had terrific views. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower is over the bath which isn’t ideal and the lighting in the bathroom is pretty ordinary however all in all we would stay again and would recommend to others.

First of all, the room was so beautiful relaxing. The bathroom was so clean and the bed was comfortable. My favorite part was the balcony and there was a bird bath. I could get to see beautiful birds and it brought me so much joy. And most of all, the staff were all so warm and welcoming. Paul kindly guided me to the reception and I loved how gentle and friendly he was! Because my room was faced with the way to the pool, I could see him cleaning up from the balcony but he never paid attention to me unless I talked to him. I appreciated it how he respected my privacy although I was happy to talk to him. And when I broke the bottle he cleaned it up for me and worried about me whether I got hurt or not. (I didn’t!) Gustavo did checkin and he was so nice and helped me enjoy Cairns in many ways. I appreciated it he let me know when the room got ready before 3:00p.m. When I came back he got this information written in Japanese for us to understand about the hotel clearly. Other than that he recommended many good places in the city, I really appreciate his kindness. Sophie helped me to have a nice dinner. It was nice of her gave me the note so I didn’t get lost. The food was really good! Valter did checkout and It was so impressive that he speaks many languages. I enjoyed talking to him in Japanese! I really enjoyed and loved every single bit of my stay. I loved Cairns thanks to them. I can’t wait to stay again sometime soon! Thank you so much for the beautiful experience!

Great position of property. Good view. Very expensive for an appartment which is serviced by yourself! No housekeeping for the first week. No Pay tv availability which we found annoying. Property is a bit dated.

Great central location on the esplanade with easy access to everything. Slight downside is minor noise and extractor fans from adjacent food courts and park maintenance but thats the price of proximity to the heart of Cairns and doesn't seriously detract.

Still love the location
This is our second stay and we were again on the 6th Floor. Our balcony overlooks the lagoon on the Esplanade and the wheel. The apartment is close to lots of great restaurants, and very central to downtown Cairns and the marina. The bed is comfy and the kitchen appeared reasonably complete with pans and crockery etc.

Excellent location close to all the action. View fantastic from ocean view apartment. Noise from ferris wheel operation and helicopter during operating times - but all the hotels on esplanade in this area have this so its not a big deal - but good to know in advance- direct flat access to esplanade

The location was very good but the apartment was tired and needed maintenance. The apartment was supposed to be ocean view but could only see a small amount of water. There was no dishwasher or clothes dryer. I had a 10 night stay and so little things were annoying like only a few satchels of dish washing and clothes washing detergents being provided as part of a welcoming pack. Soap at bathroom hand basin but not in shower recess so had to buy soap etc. At the cost per night that I paid these little things should have been provided.

Everything We Wanted
Our one-bedroom unit with ocean views at Breakfree Royal Harbour ticked all our boxes. The property is managed by ACCOR so members get ACCOR privileges, free wifi etc. but as the units are individually owned, each unit may not have the same amenities. Our unit had everything we needed, bedroom, living area, kitchen, bathroom with huge shower, washing machine and clothes line discreetly installed on balcony. The balcony overlooked the leafy Cairns esplanade and the harbour. Aircon worked well. Situation perfect for walking to restaurants, shops, aquarium, museum and public buses. Slightly longer walk to casinos and marina. Outdoor parking is free but spaces are limited. Reception hours are 8am-6pm and staff are very friendly and helpful. Service is weekly but extra towels, coffee etc. are available from reception. Breakfree had everything we wanted, but because there is no restaurant nor 24-hour reception it doesn't make the five star category.
