I stayed in the hotel 23 years ago and couldn’t believe how BAD the services have declined. After traveling for nearly 24 hours all you need is a clean room to shower and get some sleep. Unfortunately though they provided us with a filthy, disgusting room that has not been cleaned, human hair every where on the bed, dirty towels, used cups and placed, filth and some kind of droppings on carpets and bath mat. Dust over the counters and welcome book etc. Reported this to the receptionist who took ages to call the duty manager, he apologized and said he will try to send someone to clean the room, it took them more than half another to come and when I complained they said they are trying to find another room, after an hour they changed the room and they promised to make up for this. As usual sweet talk and No action. Two days later we left the hotel in the morning and returned late evening only to find the room door is wide open I refused to enter and to have security accompany me in side. They called the general manager who checked the room me with and said that he will look at the security cameras and come back to us in five minutes, of course nothing happened at all and when I saw by chance him then next day at noon he promised that he will make up for it. He made it look like I was doing this to earn a favor any way he promised a room upgrade and/or a free a dinner voucher which we NEVER SAW any of what they promised. So Disappointing, honestly Terrible experience
