Our stay was exceptional. Abdo was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure we were safe and happy. He took us to some great places for shopping and suggested great ways to spend our time in Cairo. Breakfast was phenomenal and the room was modern and clean. I totally recommend it.

Fabulous clean rooms with great views of the pyramids. The staff were super helpful with everything and the welcome drink and other random drinks provided along the way were great. Breakfast was fabulous with so much to choose from.

I couldn’t have asked for a better first trip to Cairo. Right from the start, the staff made check in super easy, and setting up the airport ride took all the stress out of arriving. Saif and Abdul were amazing throughout my stay. They were so kind and attentive, always checking in and generously offering drinks and food. The Honeymoon Suite was spotless, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the hot water in both the shower and Jacuzzi was great. Plus, waking up to those direct pyramid views was incredible. The breakfast spread was delicious every morning, and they were always super flexible and quick so I could hit the ground running with my daily tours. I’d easily stay here again again.

Excelente opción para hospedarte cerca de las piramides una vista espectacular , habitaciones modernas con todos los serviciosen las cuales se hsde diario la limpieza , desayuno con buenas porciones y muy rico y lo mejor la atención del personal del hotel que te apoya en todo momento y te da sugerencias de donde ir si quieres ir a tomar un café!, ir a comer, al centro comercial o bien o visitar algún otro lugar en egipto , en especial resaltar a Seif que nos hizo sentir como en casa al igual que Saif .

The rooms are exactly as described, with no distortion of photos. I had the Galaxy Suite, and the pyramid view can’t be beat. My balcony is parallel to the sphinx’s face—a bit of magical realism especially after sundown when its face is illuminated by an array of colored lighting. Modern, sophisticated room design, with many smart features. The renovation work is the best I have seen in Egypt, having been up and down the Nile for 3 weeks. Fast internet, as opposed to a very disappointing internet experience in a large chain hotel in Cairo. Water pressure is good and there’s no shortage of hot water. Friendly staff. I had a private car booked through front desk with minimal hassle. Breakfast is plentiful, and they bring it to the balcony. Overall it’s an oasis to the super bustling Giza main thoroughfare.

By far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Saif and Ghandy went above and beyond to make sure every part of my stay was perfect. They helped me book tours, dinners, transportation, and were always available whenever I needed anything. The hotel is incredibly clean, peaceful, and has one of the most amazing views of the Pyramids. Their hospitality truly made my trip unforgettable. I highly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Saif and Ghandy, for making my experience so special!

The staff was incredibly kind, professional and helpful. I felt safe as a solo traveler. Thank you Adam, Saif and Mohammed! The view from the balcony of the suite was incredible! You can see the Giza Pyramids and the head of the sphinx. I will cherish the moments at this hotel relaxing with the view and falling asleep with the Pyramids in full sight.

For the 3* in Egypt it's really good hotel. Good rooms, friendly staff always ready to accommodate you, excellent breakfast. Walkable distance to the Giza pyramid entrance and 10 minute drive to the new GEM museum. Plenty of the restaurants options nearby. And great view from your room.

The hotel was very clean, Mr Adam was very welcoming and friendly. Our personal assistant, Abdo was essential to setting up our driver and our guides. Mr. Hassan was an excellent driver, Mohammed did a great job on our tours. During our stay it was my birthday, Abdo went out of his way to surprise me with a cake and candles. It was a great trip!

We had a wonderful stay at Galaxy Pyramids View Inn. The rooms were beautiful, modern, and very stylish, with excellent room service and daily housekeeping that kept everything perfectly clean and comfortable throughout our stay. One of the best parts of the experience was the stunning view of the pyramids. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, and a very special thank you to Saif for always helping us with everything we needed!!!! He was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to assist, which made our vacation even more enjoyable and comfortable. No red flags here, all superb, helpful and trustworthy. Saif and the crew accomodated us late night and early morning with excellent service. Very friendly and great in communication and efficiency. The room was luxurious with a great view of the Pyramids. Bring earplugs if you have a hard time sleeping. The city around is lively, which we liked.
