"Check in late and stayed only for 3hours. Had to catch a flight. Can’t get myself to touch the blanket- got spider sitting on it when I turned on the lights. No lights in vanity/wash sink section. Website pictures of the room are very misleading. Very old, moldy corner, sink not wiped down, clothes storage area all scratch/dirty, cabinet/sink rims are lined with dirt. Just wash face and feet. "The hotel is an impressive structure amongst other impressive buildings. Reception staff are good and sort things out efficiently. The rooms are generous in size and are fitted very nicely. Big patio doors are nice but a tad heavy to open. The rooms are well cleaned each day. The restaurant is ok. The bar is nice and the barman particularly good.
