“On arrival at Bell Cottage we were met by occupants who directed us around the corner to the owner's house. The owner was not in but able to communicate via the Ring doorbell. We were greeted warmly and told where to collect the keys to a different property with en-suite and a shared kitchen, situated to the the left of the owner's house. So a bit of confusion to start with, but the attic room we occupied was lovely, cosy, comfy and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“Would love to be able to give a higher rating because there is lots of amenities in room the staff were friendly room serviced daily free WiFi lovely big garden birds and trees and in a great position to explore Ely. It was quiet and dark. Unfortunately the place stinks of stale cigarettes which as a non smoker with heart and lung conditions is very off-putting and means I wouldn't stay here again. The room was very dusty with questionable stains on the carpet and linen and yellowing paintwork....
