"Very nice rustic luxury hotel. Clean quiet rooms. Everything worked. Breakfast was good but nothing special. Maybe an omelette bar . Enjoyed our stay."
"Absolutely beautiful location with a balcony overlooking Mirror Lake, loved waking up and just looking out our balcony. We did utilize the fitness area, a bit small but functional. Pool was clean and good temperature and hot tub was welcomed after out long hikes. The hotel layout is a bit confusing and have to make sure you take the correct stairs/elevator to reach the correct wing to your room. The South Elevator was a bit sketchy and seemed like it may fail so we avoided that one after our first ride. Rooms were clean and loved the convenience of having fridge and microwave in the room. The construction on the first floor was a bit loud/ dirty walking through to get to the pool area, but I understand that it is temporary and it's for the better of future stays and appreciate that they are upgrading the rooms."
"The lobby is extremely nice and the location is perfect! Just park your car and walk Main Street all you want! The only thing we didn’t like was the TV. It was small for the room and we couldn’t log into Netflix. We were tired after hiking all day and just wanted to watch TV after dinner."
"Updated and nice property that was close to everything. The room was updated, the grab and go breakfast was nice and I liked the filtered water bottle filler. The pool looked clean but too cold for my family at the time we went. The microwave and mininfridge were great too. Only drawback was the walls seemed thin, we were on the 2nd floor and anytime someone walked by you could feel and hear it and we could hear our neighbors. One had a dog that whimpered at 6am each morning but overall it a comfortable place to stay."
"The room was very clean and cozy with a beautiful view of the lake! We sat on the beach and watched the sunset! Relaxing on the porch was just what we needed! Beds were very comfortable!"
"I had mixed feelings about my visit to saranac lake but the hotel stay was wonderful. The towels were soft and plushy, linens were comfortable and so was the bed but the pillows could use a refresh. We stayed in a family suite and it definitely had more cabin vibes than hotel/inn. I enjoyed this property so the things I’m mentioning are just to put them out there, they are not complaints by any means. It can be quite loud in the suites- every shower my neighbors took sounded like we were in there and the walls are very thin so even a lot of normal level conversation carried over. If you are very sensitive to sounds and noise keep that in mind and pack earplugs.
They had the coolest amenities of anywhere I’ve ever stayed! We didn’t use them but they had 2 e-bikes to loan out. There were also 3 kayaks plus a child’s kayak. I borrowed one to use on the lake and it was wonderful. They are in walking distance of a lot of the town area and definitely biking distance for the rest. I would return here! There is so much of the surrounding area I’d like to see!"
"Great location and not too far from Saranac Lake village. Room was clean, well furnished with required amenities provided for our stay.
Front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff were very friendly, helpful and professional with the guests.
In-house restaurant menu for breakfast and dinner was good and the Chef was able to prepare dishes to suit our dietary requirements. However, more vegetarian options will be preferred.
Our room facing Lake Flower which provided serenity when looking out of the window.
A great place to visit and a good getaway from the hustle & bustle of big towns and cities."
