“It's not like a five-star hotel. Employees outside the reception cannot communicate in English. Of course, the staff are very friendly. There is also a lizard in the room. There is a lot of lizard poo in every corner of the room. Housekeeping knocks on the door even if you leave the two sick disturbances on. Wow, it's a hotel! I will never go to this hotel again after paying for a five-star hotel.”

“Description on Expedia of the property is inaccurate. This hotel is not on the beach and has no access to the beach at all. Will need to walk quite a distance to get to a nearby one which isn’t even suitable for swimming. One star deducted for the rooftop swimming pool closing too early at 6PM which is when most guests are getting back to their rooms after exploring the city or whatever activities.”

“We booked a 2 bedrooms apartment for 4 nights (Sat to Tues). Check in at 1.30pm was smooth. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Check out was seamless and they stored our luggage in their office for an hour at our request. 5 stars for customer service. The apartment requires a deep clean. The bin was emptied. The dishes were washed and stacked but the greases on the bin and bin lid attracted hundreds of ants trailing from the balcony through the lounge room (dirt built up around...
