โRachal was amazing prior to & at check-in! I will continue to use this hotel, ALWAYS, moving forward when our family visits our hometown from Reynoldsburg!! I even had a chance to enjoy their hot tub & pool!!โ
โStaff was friendly, room was okay, buffet breakfast option was pretty basic, but good enough (scrambled eggs, potatoes, French toast, bacon, sausages and mini finishes). Pool area was nice and big, and pool itself was a good size for the kids, but showing some signs of age. Hotel is close to a lot of food and shopping options, which makes it fairly convenient.โ
